Three discoveries today
Jan. 31st, 2006 07:08 pmWhiskey or a gin, that's alright
When there's nothing in her bed at night
She sleeps with the covers down
Hoping that somebody gets in
Gadzooks! Today I realized I'm one of those arch-typical Doctor who fans I've read about - all that tripe about how it's inevitable that a fan will always stay loyal to the regenerated Doctor they first were introduced to... And indeed - Eccleston, the ninth doctor, will always do it for me. I scare myself.
And look: Once he had hair!

He's looks like a completely different person. I've said it before; People aging is such a strange concept to me.
And finally, you know those certain kinds of movies from certain kinds of eras? The ones in which dancing is a metaphor for sex? Well, according to Wikipedia that's what the episode The Doctor dances is about. Whah?! Eh! C'mon, that's about dancing, nothing else. Sick people.
Oh no, I'm not turning to another fandom, are I? Quick! Change subject! Well, we watched Un chien Andalou today. Great movie, with an awesome soundtrack (and the well-known "let's slice an eye open with a razor blade"-scene). Good times.
